We Hit Jesting Sage Rank 7 (or... "7st Place"?)
When we founded 无为DoNothing, the sacred doctrine was simple; embrace the Dao, flow like water, lounge in tea houses, and master the ancient art of wu wei (action through inaction). If you’ve read our manifesto on wuweidonothing.org, you know we believe that the best martial arts journey happens with a sharp blade, a relaxed mind, and a complete refusal to burn out.
So, imagine our slight confusion when the Guild War regular season wrapped up, the confetti cleared, and the screen flashed.

Or, as our immortal in-game UI so poetically crowned us on the card: 7st place.
Climbing through Stealth Jester, punching through Jesting God, and finally breaking into the top tier of Jesting Sage wasn't a walk in the scenic Jianghu peach groves.
Thinking back, we remember those grim double "FAILURE" weekends against terrifying titans like StarRegalia, 红梦长歌, Showdown and ShadowGarden. Getting turned into Jianghu paste wasn't fun at the time, but as it turns out, taking 30,000 fun coin beatdowns is fantastic cardio.
Between frantic Fortune Tree escorts, cracking open enemy Bulwarks, and our desperate battles to defend and weaken the legendary Guardian Goose, our macro play slowly morphed from "everyone run around screaming" into actual high-tier warfare.
We worked on our tunes, honed our skills and gradually, that effort propelled us to Rank 7 in the Jesting Sage battlegroup with millions in Prosperity and a shiny bag of Echo Jades!

They say you only grow as strong as the adversaries you clash blades with. To every guild that pushed us to the brink and all our battlegroup competitors, Thank you.
Thank you for camping our spawn when we slipped up, punishing our bad rotations, and forcing our commanders to stay awake past their bedtime. Every defeat was a lesson, every tight match was a thrill, and without you testing our mettle every weekend, reaching Jesting Sage 7 wouldn't feel half as sweet.

We came into this season joking about "doing nothing", and we walked out as the 7th-ranked guild in the highest competitive tier.
Does this mean we turn into hyper-sweaty tryhards now? Absolutely not. We’re still going to do spontaneous guild photoshoots in questionable outfits, share gossip column drama on the website, and relax in the tavern. But as the video subtitle promises: Top spot next.
